Abstract

The report is a bibliography of unclassified English-language books and articles on internal defense/development; unconventional warfare; psychological operations; and social, economic, and political background factors. Within each of these subject areas the entries are categorized and cross-referenced by specific problem and area and indexed by author and title. The fifth section comprises reviews of sixteen books on Latin America. The sixth section is a bibliographic essay on selected civic action literature.
