ELECTRICAL CONDUCTIVITY OF CADMIUM OXIDE IN HIGH-FREQUENCY ELECTRICAL FIELDS

Abstract

Results are given of an investigation into the electrical conductivity of polycrystalline samples of cadmium oxide using the non-electrode method in the frequency range (7 to 8.9) x 10 to the 9th power cps.
