THE 'IKHTIANDR-66' EXPERIMENT,

Abstract

In August 1966, an underwater research club, conducted an experiment with an underwater house, 'Ikhtiandr-66.' Aquanauts spent a total of 168 hours in the underwater house at a depth of 11 meters. While not denying the importance of mastering great depths as quickly as possible, the underwater research club 'Ikhtiandr' proposes tackling complex problems which can be solved by underwater laboratories submerged at depths up to 30 meters.
