CPM AND DCPM UNDER RISK.

Abstract

The Critical Path and Decision Critical Path Methods are extended to the case in which the (non-decision) jobs have distributions of job times. These new models are discussed in the light of recent literature on probabilistic programming. Also the practical problem of obtaining data and utilizing the results of computations is discussed.
