Abstract

The report is a bibliography of unclassified English-language books and articles on internal defense/development; psychological operations; unconventional warfare; and social, economic, and political background factors. Within each of these subject areas the entries are categorized and cross-referenced by specific problem and area and indexed by author and title. The Middle East is the subject of book reviews and a bibliographic essay.
