C-BAND AND X-BAND DUAL FUNCTION OSCILLATORS

Abstract

The triode development phase, which had been concluded during the last report period, was reopened for evaluations at X-Band and for investigations toward improving performance on life. Life tests at C-Band were terminated after 300 hours, and tabulated data for the ten samples is provided. X-Band evaluations were continued for tubes having etched frame grid structures, and having unsupported and undamped, tensioned grid structures.
