THE CLASS OF K-FUNCTIONS ON RIEMANNIAN SPACES.

Abstract

The class of harmonic functions on a Riemannian n-space which have vanishing flux across all dividing (n-1)-cycles is considered. The tools employed are normal operators, principal functions, and the Main Existence Theorem, all introduced in earlier work of L. Sario. The results constitute an extension to general Riemannian spaces, of arbitrary dimension N = or > 2, of properties known for such a class of functions on a Riemann surface. (Author)
