AERONAUTICAL CHART AND INFORMATION CENTER TECHNICAL TRAINING ACTIVITIES.
Abstract
The technical training concepts, requirements, and procedures of the USAF aeronautical chart and information center are presented within the framework of a rapidly advancing technology. The paper emphasizes the importance of comprehensive planning for the initial academic training of the cartographer and for a continuing up-dating of his skills in order to maximize the advantages offered by technological improvements.
