Abstract

The Central Submarine Arctic Ridge is considered as a continuation of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. It represents an epiplatform orogeny which is developing on the present ocean platform, and which differs from the Lomonosov and Mendeleyev ridges by geological, magnetic and seismic features. (Author)
