This compilation of thirty-nine abstracts provides a concise summary of the research conducted by the Personnel Surveys Division since its inception in August 1964. Contained in each abstract are such basic information as sample size, characteristics of respondents, appropriate dates, the purpose of the survey, the methods used in conducting the study, and the major findings and conclusions.
