THIN FILM TEMPERATURE SENSOR,

Abstract

Development of a thin film temperature sensor for rocket-borne application is discussed. A description of sensor material, response time, substrate material, and flight instrumentation is presented. Construction techniques are briefly described. Results of three rocket flights are shown and discussed. (Author)
