MEASUREMENT OF THE PARAMETERS OF A HIGH-FREQUENCY ELECTRODELESS DISCHARGE BY MEANS OF TWO PROBES,

Abstract

A method is described for measuring the parameters of a high-frequency electrodeless discharge consisting of the reading of the voltampere characteristics with two identical probes. The temperature and concentration of the electrons are determined from the results of processing these characteristics. (Author)
