CTM, A NEW AND EFFECTIVE STABILIZER FOR SILICONE LUBRICANTS (TSTM-NOVYI EFFEKTIVNYI STABILIZATOR DLYA SILIKONOVYKH SMAZOCHNYKH MATERIALOV),
Abstract
The high effectiveness of cyclopentadiene tricarbonyl manganese as a stabilizer for PMS-100 silicone fluid has been demonstrated. The dependence of its effectiveness on its concentration has been investigated. The curve of this dependence at 250C was shown to pass through a maximum. It was established that the optimum concentration of CTM depends on the temperature at which the silicone fluid is used. (Author)
