ELECTRONIC SWITCH (ELEKTRONNYI KLYUCH),
Abstract
The document presents an electronic switch, containing a semiconductor triode and diodes, for switching a.c. or d.c. voltage or pulses of any polarity. To decrease the load resistance of the switch in the on state and to increase its resistance in the off state, the emitter and collector of the transistor are connected between the collector and emitter of the transistor through a load resistor. The transistor base is connected to the control signal source. (Author)
