METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE HAZARDS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION TO ORDNANCE: STATISTICAL TOLERANCE LIMIT CALCULATIONS WITH AND WITHOUT CENSORING OF THE DATA,

Abstract

Simulated data were generated to illustrate possible statistical methods of analyzing standard evaluation testing data. The purpose of this report is to discuss possible methods for analyzing the data, to present examples of how the results might be presented, and to explicitly state the assumptions inherent in the methods of analysis.
