Abstract

Results of investigations in the following areas are summarized: Radiation and diffraction in inhomogeneous and layered isotropic media; Guided waves on plasma structures; Radiation and diffraction in warm plasmas; Diffraction by objects in uniaxially anisotropic media; Radiation from sources in bounded anisotropic media; Transients in dispersive plasma media; Random media; Ray methods for guided modes; Ray methods for waveguide discontinuities; Radiation and guiding in the presence of a unidirectionally conducting screen; Some new results in lumped-distributed network synthesis.
