THE EFFECT OF HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE ON THE PROPERTIES OF SEMICONDUCTORS.

Abstract

The report gives a general description of research on the effect of hydrostatic pressure on the properties of semiconductors carried out over a ten-year period. It contains a complete bibliography of publications, a list of graduate students awarded the Ph. D. degree, and brief resumes of their theses which were issued as earlier Technical Reports in the series. (Author)
