A SYNOPTIC VIEW OF THE NEED FOR VP AIRCREW MEMBER TRAINING OPTIMIZATION.

Abstract

The report outlines the need for clarification of the relationship between current and future aircrew training programs and performance requirements in patrol squadrons. It is proposed that a contract be granted for the review of all training phases of squadron aircrew personnel and of means to optimize this training. (Author)
