FEASIBILITY STUDY ON EFFECTS OF ANTHOCYANIN IN IMPROVING NIGHT VISION.

Abstract

A study was performed in order to determine the feasibility of the night-vision beneficial effects of the biologically active agent of 'bilberry' extract, anthocyanin, a pigment believed to consist of anthocyanidin glucoside. This study consisted primarily of the collection, documentation and evaluation of available experimental physiological/biochemical data from several sources in England, France and the U.S.A.
