THE BUDGET OF THE ATMOSPHERIC RADIATION ENERGY OVER EASTERN ASIA. III. THE HEAT BUDGET OF THE EARTH-ATMOSPHERE SYSTEM IN A CLOUDY ATMOSPHERE,

Abstract

This paper, the third part of a study on the budget of the atmospheric radiation energy over eastern Asia, discusses three problems: (a) Distribution of long-wave radiation and radiative balance in a cloudy atmosphere; (b) Distribution of tropospheric heat sources and sinks over eastern Asia; and (c) The various types of heat budget of the earth-atmosphere system over eastern Asia.
