DESIGN OF CONTROL CIRCUITS ON TUBES WITH COLD CATHODE FOR A SELF-ADJUSTING MATHEMATICAL MACHINE (POSTROENIE TSEPEI UPRAVLENIYA NA LAMPAKH S KHOLODNYM KATODOM DLYA SAMONASTRAIVAYUSHCHEISYA MATEMATICHESKOI MASHINY),

Abstract

Logical elements and units are required for new modeling devices of the algorithmic type, in which the process of problem solution is performed by a previously established program and the performance of this algorith is provided by a control device. Such devices include, in particular, self-adjusting mathematical models which solve problems with unknown parameters. In ordinary models, the control device is made of relays, step selectors and other electromechanical elements. This article analyzes the possibility of designing a control device for modeling devices of the algorithmic type on the basis of cold cathode tubes. The following circuits are described: pulse-shaper, coincidence circuits with 2 or more input signals, OR circuits, a register, a conversion circuit, and a circuit for connection of a digital display.
