Abstract

The determination of the coefficient of heat transfer according to the distribution of temperature on the side surfaces participating in the heat exchange makes it possible to find local and average coefficients of the heat exchange during random distribution of temperature in the system. In the present article the possible methods of processing the test data according to the coefficients of heat exchange between the flat, heat-releasing wall and a liquid are discussed. Such a problem arises during the process of experimental investigation of heat exchange in the magnetic field during the flow of the liquid through a plane channel when Joule heat is released in the wall side.
