A METHOD FOR DIGITAL CALCULATION OF ABSOLUTE FREE RADICAL CONCENTRATIONS,

Abstract

An approximate method for digital calculation of absolute free radical concentration from the ESR spectrum is developed. The method avoids errors due to the use of finite amplitude of 100 kc modulation of magnetic field, and is shown to be valid for symmetrical ESR spectra and for asymmetric spectra which may be decomposed into sums of symmetric spectra. The method is convenient for use in a programmed digital desk calculator. (Author)
