Abstract
In summary, there has been a great deal of research activity supported by AF-AFOSR Grant 1080-66 during the two year period from February 1, 1966 to January 31, 1968. This research activity has touched on a wide variety of problems in solid state theory, and has contributed to our understanding of several phenomena of physical and theoretical interest in perfect and imperfect crystals.
