Abstract

Crowd and riot behavior in civil disturbances is the subject of this selected and partially annotated bibliography, which is a greatly expanded version of the bibliography of the same title published in 1965. It contains a broad selection of references in categories such as history, social science theory, police and military operations, riot investigations, social science research, and civil disturbance manuals.
