Abstract

Discusses the term 'planning' and the need for an agreed-upon definition within the defense community which is sufficiently rigorous to satisfy the lexicographical laws of definition and sufficiently simple to be useful. Illustrates the use of citation slips and how they can contribute toward such a definition. (Author)
