DETECTION OF THE PATHOGENS OF PARATYPHOID TOXINFECTIONS WITH THE AID OF FLUORESCENT ANTIBODIES,

Abstract

Fluorescent sera are completely suitable for specific staining of paratyphoid bacteria in microscopic preparations. Use of tagged adsorbed sera is the fastest and most precise method of demonstrating paratyphoid bacteria in cultures and in pathologic material. (Author)
