Abstract

The marketing of a living vaccine with guaranteed specificity, harmlessness and efficacy will provide a sound basis for the successful control of influenza. Vaccination against influenza must become a mass procedure to be carried out on the entire population of the country. This will not only substantially decrease the incidence of the disease, but also gradually eradicate the reservoir of influenza virus.
