EXPLOSIVES SIMULATION DEVICE (X3H14).

Abstract

The device described herein simulates the effects of naval shipboard gunfire at four locations, and the effects of explosions on land at fifty locations. It is used in conjunction with the 16F1 Amphibious Training Demonstrator to demonstrate operational aspects of amphibious and airborne assaults. The X3H14 simulates the sound, flash, and smoke effects of gunfire and the sound, flash, and smoke effects of explosions. (Author)
