NONRELATIVISTIC NUCLEAR REACTION KINEMATIC CROSSOVER ANGLES,

Abstract

A nonrelativistic expression relating the bombarding energy to the laboratory angle at which the energies of reaction products from two dissimilar nuclear reactions coincide is derived and discussed. Applications to accelerator beam energy measurement, detector angular calibration, and nuclear reaction experiment planning are considered. (Author)
