DATA FROM DEEP-MOORED INSTRUMENT STATIONS,

Abstract

Deep-moored instrument buoys that collect near-surface meteorological and subsurface oceanographic data have been under development for many years. This report presents some of the data collected by such buoys in graphic and tabular form. The method of data processing is summarized. All the processed data are available in the form of listings, punched cards or magnetic tape. Some of the oceanographic phenomena that appear in the graphs are described. (Author)
