A FRAMEWORK FOR PLANNING SOCIAL SERVICES,

Abstract

This paper was prepared for submission to the task force on the organization of social services, Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. The primary concern of the group is to advise on planning, organizing and administering those publicly financed services which generally fall in the field of welfare. For mostly practical reasons, services other than cash transfers, health, housing, and education were emphasized. (Author)
