Abstract

The article concerns some shortcomings in the plan for job placement of specialists. The Gosplan (Republic Plan) and distribution plan are discussed. Skills, interests, domestic situations, and capabilities for placement of young specialists are considered. Author recommends the necessity for a planning center to scientifically predict the need of cadres for the entire economy of the country. The Gosplan cannot originate in the deliberations of each individual faculty, but should be a joint plan by all institutions. (Author)
