MEASUREMENT OF HUMAN COMPLEMENT COMPONENTS IN DENGUE SHOCK SYNDROME.

Abstract

To elucidate the immunopathological changes occuring in the clinical course of hemorrhagic fever, complement activity and all nine components activities of complement were measured with 64 samples. These serum samples were collected from 10 cases of hemorrhagic fever with shock and 4 cases of hemorrhagic fever without shock at different day of illness. (Author)
