Abstract

An analysis is given for the problem of quasi-conformal mapping of a region which represents the exterior of an airfoil onto the interior of the unit circle under the assumptions that the conformal mapping of this region is known and that the Mach number and circulation of the flow are given. The method developed by L. I. Sedov is used for constructing the transformation for quasi-conformal mapping. (Author)
