PRINCIPLES OF THE PHYSICS OF SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES,

Abstract

The monograph examines physical processes in semiconductor devices which determine their parameters and characteristics, peculiarities of circuit application, stability of parameters of semiconductor devices, and their reliability. A short description of the principle electrophysical properties of semiconductor materials is given along with basic information about the construction and technology of semiconductor devices and perspectives for the development of semiconductor technology.
