BENDING CALCULATIONS FOR STRUCTURALLY ORTHOTROPIC PLATES (K RASCHETU KONSTRUKTIVNO ORTOTROPNYKH PLASTINOK NA IZGIB),
Abstract
On the basis of the multilayer orthotropic shell theory, equations were obtained on the bending of thin plates consisting of an arbitrary number of orthotropic layers. The principles are given for the division of orthotropic plates into layers and for determining the resilient and geometrical characteristics of individual layers and of the plate as a whole. There is a linear solution for this problem.
