RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY MANAGEMENT KNOWLEDGE UTILIZATION STUDY.

Abstract

Knowledge regarding social psychological factors distinguishing more from less effective working environments for scientists and engineers is accumulating faster than R and D managers appear to be able to accept and utilize such new findings. To explore the factors facilitating and hindering the transfer, adaptation, and utilization of these findings in the everyday management of laboratories, a science management seminar was developed, monitored, and evaluated.
