COMPRESSIBLE LAMINAR SKIN-FRICTION LAW.

Abstract

The previously derived incompressible skin-friction law is extended to compressible fluids and applied to the study of flows with zero-pressure gradient and of the compressibility effects on the separation point. The proposed method is very easy to deal with. It yields accurate results when compared with precise solutions. (Author)
