BINARY-DECIMAL REVERSIBLE COUNTER (DVOICHNO-DESYATICHNYI REVERSIVNYI SCHETCHIK),

Abstract

This Author Certificate introduces a binary-decimal reversible counter for digital measuring instruments. It is designed for 4-2-2-1 codes and contains four static flip-flops connected at the counting inputs. It features a logical potential AND circuit which fixes the coincidence of the 1 states in the two higher order digits of the counter. The output of the AND circuit is connected to the flip-flop representing the 2 states. In the absence of a potential at the output of the logical circuit, this trigger acts as a monostable multivibrator.
