Abstract
The purpose of the report is to document the significant design and development factors determined during the prototype phase. In addition, the mode of PPI to TV conversion (i.e. CRT to Vidicon through optical coupling) along with all basic system parameters is defined in the engineering requirement ER-D-130-013 dated January 19, 1966. Therefore, the discussions are limited to those areas where problems occurred or where specific development was pursued to achieve optimum design. (Author)
