FROM RESEARCH TO PRACTICE IN ELECTRONICS MAINTENANCE TRAINING,
Abstract
The problem of converting research results into training practice in the area of U.S. Army electronics maintenance is discussed. The need for a systematic, generalized procedure for designing, testing, and revalidating training courses is emphasized. Functional context training and a course using new instructional techniques are described. (Author)
