Abstract
Problems are examined concerning the synthesis of an optimal system for separating signals with a single passband noise modulation with a suppressed carrier. It is proposed that the receiver utilize a random method of reception of the type 'filter-square-law detector--filter' and that the useful signals be masked by random reflections operating in conjunction with interference from a fluctuating source.
