MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF HYDRATION OF BIOPOLYMERS IN SOLUTION

Abstract

The problem of determining the boundaries of hydration of biopolymers in solution depending on pH of the medium, asymmetry of macromolecules, its chemical composition, energies of bonds which are participating in hydration, their quantity, and also the coordination number of molecules of water was formulated quite accurately with the help of a model of whole number linear programming.
