ON-LINE PATTERN ANALYSIS AND RECOGNITION SYSTEM (OLPARS).

Abstract

This report describes a relatively new and powerful approach to solving two fairly old problems, namely the problems of pattern analysis and pattern classification. This new approach is based upon the extensive use of a graphics oriented, interactive computer system which is programmed to provide a wide variety of mathematical algorithms for solving both the analysis and recognition problems.
