ELEMENTS AND NODES OF A DDA ON FERRITE-TRANSISTOR CELLS (ELEMENTY I UZLY TSDA NA FERRIT-TRANZISTORNYKH YACHEIKAKH),

Abstract

A description is given of a line of ferrite-transistor circuits for a digital differential analyzer (DDA) which perform reliably in ambient temperatures varying from -10 to +65C; bias voltage variation of plus or minus 25% away from nominal -15 v; and clock rates up to 150-200 kc. To assure operational flexibility, the ferrite-transistor circuits are designed with single-phase and two-phase clocks. The basic building block is a RC-coupled ferrite-transistor cell which was included in the design of flip-flops, shift registers, counters, ones generators, indicator circuits, time delay circuits and others.
