THE TURBO-ELECTRIC VTOL AIRCRAFT.
Abstract
A unique aircraft propulsive/lift power distribution system is described that promises a great deal of flexibility in the design of VTOL aircraft. Its use would permit a significant improvement in many aspects of present and future VTOL designs, including performance, safety, cost, operability, noise, applicability, and operational economy.
