Abstract

The paper deals with a theoretical analysis to determine the heat-transfer similarity conditions in a magnetohydrodynamic flow. The possibilities of modelling the heat-transfer in ionized gases by using electroconducting liquids are shown. Electrolytic solution was found to be applicable to heat-transfer modelling in low-ionized gases, whereas liquid metal was found to be more appropriate in cases of high temperature. (Author)
