USE OF THE H-T EXCHANGE METHOD IN STUDYING LATENT DAMAGE IN IRRADIATED TRYPSIN

Abstract

The hydrogen-tritium exchange method was used to observe the difference in structure between natural molecules of trypsin and molecules from a fraction of the enzyme with latent damage deriving from ultraviolet irradiation.
