ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVITY OF PLASMAS,

Abstract

The concepts and theories used in the literature in deriving expressions for the plasma electric conductivity are presented and discussed. It is shown that the simplifications of the Boltzmann theory, describing the electron interactions, by assuming a constant mean free path results in a rather limited physical picture. (Author)
